Supplements that helped me more than skincare

Disclaimer: I am not offering medical advice and I am in no way an authority on any topic, except my own personal experience. Love you.

ALSO: I live in between the US and Australia so not everything is available everywhere. So I'll provide options here as well as the exact thing I recommended.

A high strength probiotic with a LOT of strains. Like 20+.

This is the exact one I take from Bioglan, but I'm open to trying new probiotics. Hubs has also seen lots of improvements from this probiotic (he has an extremely weak stomach and a wheat sensitivity).

These are a few options from Amazon US:

Bioglan Biohappy (100 billion cfu, 13 strains)

Surebounty (250 Billion CFU, 35 strains)

Raw Probiotics (100 billion CFU, 35 strains)

A Liver Detox

This one isn't for everyone. But if you drink, take medication, or are otherwise hard on your liver, I'd recommend trying one.

This is the exact one in the video, but I've also just tried taking milk thistle and other formulas. Not exactly super knowledgeable here and haven't personally experienced drastically different results based on different formulas.

Milk Thistle (Bronson)

Liver Cleanse (Thorne)

When you just wanna treat yourself:

These are for when I eat something I KNOW has a high chance of breaking me out. Usually the culprits are greasy fried cheesy food, alcohol, or extremely spicy food. I'll eat dairy with spicy cos why not double down if you already did something bad hehe. Think soju bombs, carbonara buldak noodles, and a korean corn dog hehehehe

Lacteeze is what I take for dairy, and I like them because they are chewable, minty, and don't require water. But other times, Lactaid is just fine too!

Detox & Debloat from Life botanics is in the video. It also happens to be identical to the Detox and Debloat from JS Health, which is available in the US.

Antihistamines are handy too

When i'm on my period, when i'm slightly sunburned, if I ate a bunch of spicy food, if i'm patch testing something suspicious, basically anytime i might trigger any sort of immune response or inflammation in my body I will take an antihistamine. Any will do, but I take this generic.
